Terms & Conditions all guests and visitors are bound to these conditions. 

                                                                        

  • Arrival time from 2pm unless by prior arrangement.  Departure by  11 AM on day of departure, extended stays are welcome at a charge & subject to availability.

  • No refunds given. (Although we have taken many preventative measures, we have no complete control over the weather and cancellation due to bad weather is not accepted)

  • Please, no noisy generators or the running of car engines at any time.  Electric hook up is available when pre-booked

  • The proprietors reserve the right not to allow entry onto the site of any person or persons.

  • Please consider other guests and make minimal noise late at night and early mornings.  No music or loud conversations between 11pm and 8am.

  • FIRES:  Use care whilst using barbecues, taking care not burn the grass or hedges, you are able to use the fire pits & supplied barbeque – at your own risk providing raised off the grass.  Please watch embers & the wind.

  • No fires & no smoking inside any of the buildings or in the immediate vicinity. 

  • Parents are responsible for their children’s’ behaviour & safety at all times.

  • Friendly dogs on leads are most welcome, NO DOGS OFF THE LEAD AT ANY TIME & DOG WALKING MUST BE OFF SITE NOT ON THE FIELD, any pet fouling must be cleaned, wrapped, and placed in dog waste bin in the sports club opposite (near their bin)  .

  • Any owners of pets becoming a nuisance will be asked to leave the site.

  • We cannot accept any responsibility for any personal injury, loss or damage to any property including vehicles.

  • The proprietors reserve the right to re-let a pitch after midnight on the stated day of arrival

  • Any guest or visitor failing to comply with the above conditions may be asked to leave the site.

  • No caravans

 

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for vehicles getting on and off the site, consider ground for motorhomes and caravans in case ground is wet.

  • It’s a field & ground can be uneven, watch your step. All surfaces get wet & slippery in bad weather.

  • No water games, sorry no water balloons they damage mower, we are on a meter and so we recycle our wash up water onto the flower pots.

  • No free-standing ariels, no washing lines & no hanging washing anywhere – it’s a quaint rural site, please adhere to this.

  • Pitch stakes are not to be moved and pitch rules exist.  It is a condition of stay that you leave the pitch as you found it removing all litter.

Arriving on site

You will receive arrival details ahead of your arrival by email giving access codes and loo codes, you won't get in without this, there is no check in procedure so please make sure the lead booker communicates this to all travellers.
